In August 2024, AfriKa Malkia Initiative launched the first-of-its-kind 2 Days Global Leadership Retreat in South Africa, a unique Women's Day Celebration that connected industry leaders. The powerful theme “Build Your Leadership Mosaic: Discover Your Four Faces to Lead with Authenticity,” brought together 50 extraordinary leaders from diverse industries, each united by a shared commitment to impactful and transformative leadership.
Over two inspiring days, AfriKa Malkia Initiative Guests immersed in a journey of growth and connection. The energy, the breakthroughs, the sisterhood, the global connections all set the foundation for the network that continues to grow.
Malkia means “Queen” in Swahili.
